HAYRULLAH YILDIZ received his B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D degrees from Middle East Technical University, Ankara in 1986, 1988 and 1996 respectively. He joined Aselsan in 1988 and retired in 2019 after more than 30 years, holding the position of Head of Microwave Products Business Line in Aselsan REHIS Division. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Baskent University in Ankara, Turkey. His primary research areas include electromagnetics, antennas, and microwaves.
Dr. Perin Ünal graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Bilkent University and holds a master's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Informatics Institute. She has also conducted doctoral research at The University of Texas Health Science Center and postdoctoral research in the Computer Engineering Department at TOBB University.She has held various roles at ASELSAN, including IT Program Director, Management Information Systems Director, and R&D Center Manager. Currently, she serves as a founding partner at Teknopar Industrial Automation Inc. and Teknopar Information Technology Inc. Her areas of expertise include IoT, digital twins, big data, artificial intelligence and information systems.Dr. Ünal has served as a project evaluator, panel member, and mentor in programs such as H2020 ICT, H2020 SME Instrument, HEurope EIC, EUREKA, Eurostars, COST, and TÜBİTAK. She was also a member of the Advisory Board for "Innovation in SMEs" at the European Commission from 2016 to 2019. At TEKNOPAR, she managed 12 projects funded by the European Commission.She is a licensed individual angel investor and has academic publications, including articles in international peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and conference papers. Additionally, she holds two patents. Dr. Ünal is a member of the Ankara Chamber of Industry Electronics Professional Committee and the TOBB Turkey Electronics Council.
Hacer SELAMOĞLU graduated from Middle East Technical University, Electrical and Electrical Engineering Departmant in 1989. She started working as a Design Engineer at ASELSAN, where he assumed managerial positions in several design departments since 1998. She worked as the manager of Electronic Hardware Design, Microelectronics, Photonics and Mems Device Design Departmants for nearly 20 years. For the last 10 years of her defence industry experience, she worked as the manager of Technology Management, Innovation Management and R&D Collaborations departments under General Management. Since 2016, he has been working as an expert evaluator in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe EU Framework Programs. After 35 years of experience in defense industry and deep technologies, she is currently consulting on Technology Management, Innovation Management and Strategy Management.
