Scientific Proceedings Evaluation Process
- Proceedings uploaded to the system must be in an Extended Abstract / Full Paper format and must comply with the Extended Abstract / Full Paper Writing Regulations. Papers that do not follow this will not be evaluated.
- Proceedings that are in an Extended Abstract / Full Paper format will be reviewed by related coordinators, then sent to at least 2 referees who are from the Congress Referee Members.
- Referees evaluate the proceedings that they receive by scoring them according to the Evaluation Criteria disclosed on the congress website without the knowledge of author names and institutions. If necessary, referees may write a short evaluation report.
- Corresponding to the feedback from the referees, field coordinators rank the proceedings according to their total scores.
- Acceptance or rejection decisions regarding the papers are submitted to the Advisory Board for approval.
- Acceptance or rejection rulings regarding the papers are submitted to the Advisory Board.
- Following the approval of the Advisory Board, the final decision is announced to the authors through the website.
Publication Options
All abstracts will be published in ETMS 2024 Proceedings Book.
Selected Full Articles and extended versions of the abstracts submitted to ETMS 2024 will be sent to the following journals for publication. Each full article will be responsible for journals’ policy for submission and review process.
